A river springs from high up in the mountain and flows down. The basic rule says that every permanent change can only come from a higher level. When one is fully empowered, one automatically starts to act effectively.

Being authentic demands form, not nice words, but deeds. The quality and the effect of our behaviour, our flexibility, and openness towards change, help us recognise the focus from being. Only then our deeds will be genuinely effective.
